We used Marshall roofing in the past and for routine repairs so when we finally needed a full roof replacement they were the company of choice. The job included a new roof, replacement of skylights, and installing oversized gutters and downspouts. From start to finish the process was highly organized and professional, from initial estimate to final inspection. Matt Marshall was excellent in providing the estimate for the work and very detailed in his explanations of what was involved and the various options available. He took time to answer all questions and issues we raised and made clear he was the point of contact throughout the entire project. He visited the site several times during the project to make sure all was going well and answer any additional questions. The roofing crew led by Rodolpho was excellent, on time, very professional and always careful in protecting the area surrounding the home. The crew clearly worked well together and the coordination showed. A separate gutter team (Daren and Chad) reviewed the installation process with us and answered all questions before they did the installation, which again was done exactly as specified. Daren showed us the finished work before he left to make sure we were satisfied. We also had a final inspection done by Robert on the completed roof and Kenny (and his crew-member Matt) on the gutters. All were very thorough. The office staff was equally professional and responsive. Annette, Carrie and Rodalyn kept in regular contact to make sure we knew the status of schedules and next steps and were satisfied with the work. First rate. In sum, the entire Marshall team was excellent from start to finish and also a pleasure to work with. We give them the highest marks and recommendation.
