Choosing a contractor house game
 
Choosing a contractor for your home is very important. No one should gamble or play games with their expensive assets. Here are some tips to choosing a great contractor for your home. 
 
  1. Make sure the contractor has a permanent place of business. 
  2. Be certain that the contractor has adequate insurance.
  3. Get a copy of their Workman’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
  4. Make sure they have a long established business to be sure they will be there for possible warranty issues. 
  5. Ask about all warranties including workmanship warranties which protect against faulty work.
  6. Get detailed information. Make sure you feel the work is customized for your home specifically.

Pull-Apart Broccoli Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients
for 8 servings
 
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups (250 g) shredded chicken, cooked
  • 2 cups (300 g) broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup (50 g) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups (520 g) alfredo sauce, divided
  • 12 wide lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
