Roof repairs, skylight replacement, gutter replacement: Several projects over several years have gone very well. Overall, I am happy with them and I would hire them again. When I called them recently, however, they were overly busy and unable to schedule a visit to provide a cost estimate for several weeks, so I had to find another way to solve an immediate problem. Roof repair: This was obviously a pretty small job. A couple of roofers I called weren’t interested in even looking at it. Marshall was happy to set up an appointment for an estimate. They arrived exactly as scheduled and even had to wait a while for another contractor to arrive (which they seemed more than happy to do.) As it turned out they were actually able to do the job on the same trip. They were very professional and treated my very small job as if it were important.
